Keeping true to our business-centric and practical approach to the practice of law, we offer the below progressive fee structures that allow clients to better anticipate and budget for monthly legal costs or special projects. As a result, you are able to incorporate legal strategy, review, and advice in your day-to-day decision making because of its affordability and predictability.
Outsourced General Counsel is available to provide part-time, on-demand general counsel services as requested by your business at the standard rate of $295 per hour.
The Essential, Core, and Advantage Monthly Fee Plans provide a budget-focused, subscription approach to legal services that encourage regular communication between your business and Outsourced General Counsel so that today’s business decision doesn’t create tomorrow’s unexpected legal problem. The Monthly Fee Plans offer increased discounts on our standard hourly rate and increased flexibility to use the hours of general counsel services purchased when needed as the number of hours and term of the selected plan increase. In addition, services provided in excess of the selected plan hours will be billed at the discounted plan rate (versus the Standard Hourly Rate of $295)

Outsourced General Counsel will travel to your place of business for a full day (8 hours) and work with your management team to help solve your most pressing legal-related business problems for flat rate of $2,000 ($250/hr).
If your business has specific services you’d like Outsourced General Counsel to provide pursuant to a flat fee, we will work with you to arrive at a mutually agreed upon fee based on the complexity and time commitment of the project. We are also open to discussing any creative ideas you may have regarding alternative fee arrangements.
By choosing any of the above fee structures, you’ll have Outsourced General Counsel “on demand” to assist with legal issues or any other problems that arise in the day to day running of your business. Outsourced General Counsel is ready and willing to address all the legal-related business matters that you know should be handled sooner rather than later, but have not engaged a traditional law firm to help due to the high and unpredictable cost associated with their legal services.
